Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests in different languages
  • Accreditation of all visitors and guest management
  • Guide guests through the exhibition
  • Provide information and details related to EXPO 2020, Baden-Wuerttemberg and the exhibition
  • Control and monitor guest flow
  • Offer professional, friendly and engaging services to visitors
  • Ensure the well-being of all guests and provide all needed information

Requirements:

  • Experience in working as a hostess/host for large-scale international events
  • You need to be at least 18 years old
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, nightlife or other service-related industry
  • Fluency in English plus either Arab, Chinese, French, german, Russian or Spanish
  • Service-oriented and outgoing personality, combined with excellent presentation skills
  • Positive mindset and immaculate appearance
  • Continuous availability from Sep. 2020 through April 2021
